Real Estate Resources
Entry into the real estate profession takes preparation. As with other professions, licensing is required. Licensing requirements and costs vary from state to state, but generally range between $600 – $1200 for start-up costs such as pre-licensing classes, the state licensing exam, and real estate association memberships. It is highly recommended that you begin this process with a Broker in mind that can help you through the process. The beginning of any new career or the expansion of your current Real Estate Career is dependent on planning, if you have not developed a Business Plan, do so right away.
